We’ve launched a crowdfund to help deliver the first phase of the Aston Hill rebuild. Supporters can choose to make a one-off donation or purchase a multi-year membership. Every contribution, large or small, goes directly into trail development and essential infrastructure. The campaign is time-limited and will determine how much we can deliver before opening day. The more we raise, the more we can build — it’s that simple.
Every pound raised through the crowdfund will be reinvested directly into Aston Hill. This includes trail construction, signage, tools and materials, safety features, and infrastructure to support access and maintenance. Funds will also support the mobilisation of trained volunteers and the delivery of essential services to open and manage the site. Bike Park Chilterns CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, which means no money is taken out privately it all goes back into the parks development and the wider riding community.
Yes, absolutely. Many supporters are choosing to do both, donations help get the park open, while membership gives you access once it’s running.
Multi-year memberships are being offered over 3, 5 and 10 years. They are a way to support the long-term future of Aston Hill and Bike Park Chilterns CIC and will give you access to all our sites as they are built. These memberships offer guaranteed riding access, exclusive early supporter benefits, and recognition as a founding member of Bike Park Chilterns. Revenue from memberships goes directly into maintaining and expanding the trail network.
Yes. Once the park is open, a set number of day pass rider places will be available from Wednesday to Sunday. These can be booked in advance via our website. Day visitors will have access to the same high-quality trails and facilities as members. Limiting daily numbers is part of our approach to preserving trail quality and managing the site in line with our lease requirements.
The initial trails are going to be machine built and as such will require licensed professionals. The build team will be formed using in house resource, qualified contractors and where possible volunteers who have the correct qualifications. The Directors of Bike Park Chilterns are all highly experienced in world class trail design and are committed to delivering a trail network that meets these standards.
